What to Expect on Your Visit to Noah’s Friends Inc

Plan your appointments ahead of time!

We limit the number of annual exams each day so we can see our sick patients. You may have to wait 3 or more weeks for vaccines and annual exams.  However, if you call for an appointment as soon as you receive your reminder notice, you should have no problem picking the day and time that works best for you.

What to Bring

For first visits and annual visits, please download the Client Registration form and the Checklist. We also had to add a policy addressing 'No call, No Show' for appointments. Please sign this form also for our records. These forms help keep our records straight and jog your memory for things that could be helpful for your pet’s visit.

If you're scheduling your pet with us for a procedure, please download the Treatment Form (initial/sign all blanks) and the Blood Work Form. We highly recommend testing before all surgeries.

You can bring these documents with you or e-mail them back to us. Make sure to note anything specific you want us to know or examine.

When You Arrive at Our Clinic

Plan to arrive about 5-10 minutes before your appointment time.  Just call the clinic number to let us know you have arrived. You can wait in your vehicle or walk around our yard. By keeping the pets to be seen outside the clinic, we can keep the visits quieter and reduce the anxiety for the ones we are currently seeing.

For fecal drop-offs and medicine pick-ups, please come in the front door to the front desk. Someone will be happy to help!

Precautions and Important Reminders

Our focus is on reducing anxiety for your pet and we strive to make the visit as pleasant as we can for your pet.

  • If your pet starts breathing heavily or shows signs of distress, come to the door immediately and let us know.
  • For surgeries and other procedures, call us when you arrive, and we will give you further instructions.
